What time should I be there?
Doors open 5-10 minutes before the start of the workshop.
What happens if I am late?
If more that 10-minutes later you will be asked to reschedule your workshop within 15-days of the original date – subject to availability.
How do you handle special requests?
Special request – different color, night-light instead of chain…etc. need to be requested 24-hours in advance.
How late can I change my pattern?
No substitutions or changes on the day of the workshop. All requests must be submittted at registration or at least 24-hours in advance of the workshop
When should I pick my pattern?
Patterns should be selected upon registration.
When are new patterns posted
New patterns are created frequently check out our Facebook page or the pick your pattern options for the latest!
Is this workshop suitable for children?
We recommend ages 13+ – but 8-10 year olds may be able to complete simple patterns.
Do you give refunds?
No refunds are given. If there is a family emergency or serious illness we will work with you to reschedule your booking.
